Climate-compatible real estate investments

On behalf of the Federal Office for the Environment (FOEN), Wüest Partner developed a model that can be used to estimate the CO2 emissions of buildings.

This model then formed the basis for “Wüest Climate”, a software package that can calculate the CO₂ emissions of individual buildings and entire portfolios.

With the results of the “Wüest Climate” calculations, it is possible to obtain indications of where the company’s own properties stand in terms of CO₂ emissions compared to a climate-friendly target path. The knowledge gained in this way can be used to take appropriate measures.
