Wüest Partner receives European Real Estate 500 Strongest Growth Award Germany 2021

Wüest Partner has won the prestigious Real Estate Brand Award in the “Personal Experience” category. To determine the winner, the growth of 10 individual assessment criteria was measured between the current and previous surveys. The selected assessment criteria are evaluated across all sub-sectors, markets and asset classes.
Karsten Jungk, Managing Director Germany and Partner of Wüest Partner, accepted the award in person from Barbara Schöneberger on the evening of 23 June: “It fills me with pride that the Wüest Partner brand is being honoured with the Real Estate Brand Award for its personal experience. We are convinced that our combination of personal expertise, comprehensive data and digital solutions can contribute to sustainable value creation in the real estate industry and I am delighted about the appreciation expressed by this award. We already started several years ago to expand our fields of expertise in the forward-looking areas of ESG as well as digital solutions,” says Jungk.
He adds: “This enables us to offer the market, for example, the fundamentals with which it is possible, among other things, to calculate the CO2 emissions and reduction path of properties and entire portfolios, as well as a variety of applications for professional real estate management in one of today’s leading platforms, Wüest Dimensions.”
Since 2009, the European Real Estate Brand Institute has been investigating the top players in the real estate industry across Europe. The Real Estate Brand Value Study forms the basis for the jury’s assessment in the 8 categories of the award. On the one hand, the strongest brands from the most important European countries receive awards in eleven sub-sectors. On the other hand, validity and empirical nature of the data also make it possible to determine the growth winners. Awards are given to those companies that have recorded the strongest growth in selected categories over the last 12 months.
