What is your mission at Wüest Partner and what does your typical workday look like?
I want to support our clients in achieving sustainable success and continuous improvement. I also want to contribute to a sustainable real estate portfolio. As a partner, I help employees make the best possible use of their skills and promote their development. No two days are the same and there are always surprises.

Entrepreneurship – this is part of our DNA and we live it every day.
What has been the most exciting project for you so far and what did it involve?
I could list countless examples, but here is a small selection: Determining the utilization reserves of a real estate portfolio, developing ESG standard strategies, and carrying out the valuation of the largest Swiss real estate fund. So far, these have been the most exciting of my many projects.
